Studio Rentals

Little Lane Studio is available for rent for creative special events, workshops, bookclubs, and meetings. We ask that the event supports or creates community, no matter how big or small. View photos on the studio page and learn more below!

Renting our space helps us to continue to provide educational opportunities to youth in our community. Thanks in advance for your support!

Studio Layout and Capacity

The studio is about 300 square feet and has a recommended occupancy of up to 15 people. There is a single bathroom, a utility sink, and floor drain in the open studio space. Benches line two walls and a large table normally sits in the center of the space. The table can seat 6-12 comfortably. We are happy to work with you to create the space you need for your event.

Rental Fees

• $50 per hour for the space (minimum of one hour)
• We can provide a creative project/use of materials, beverages, and simple healthy snack for an additional fee

For community based organizations, we have a 20% discount. Please call or email for details.

Availability + Reservations

The studio can be rented mornings and evenings and occasional weekends. Please include set-up time in your plans to ensure that you can adequately prepare the space.
